We are in a series called Ten Simple Rules, this weekend my assignment is Rule 7. I can't imagine that anyone wakes up in the morning thinking, "Wow, I get to speak on adultery this weekend!" The good news is that very few people will be surprised to learn that I'm against it, but almost everything else I say leads to uncomfortable laughter. ("I'm researching adultery"..."I'd like to explain my position on adultery"..."I'll be covering adultery this week"...you get the idea.) So, I need some help; can you help me answer these questions;
- What leads to adultery?
- What warning signs should we look for in our marriages?
- How can we recover from an affair?
Any practical, biblically based insight would be great. If we get some good input this may be Seacoast's first sermon by blog.
